Wide Eyed Thanksgiving
This Thanksgiving is a little different; smaller, a touch less jubilant, more intimate and maybe a bit more reflective. We'd like to make it a skosh more delicious, too. Chef Eli Dahlin of Light Sleeper has put together a few items to round out your holiday table this year. Each box is delivered and ready for finishing in the comfort of your own kitchen. For the wine, we're sending you something French, seasonal, celebratory and with family tradition in mind.

An unctuous blend of Viognier, Vermentino and Picpoul from the South of France. Meyer lemon, peach, apricot, fresh ginger and herbs.
--Chateau Bois d'Arlene "Origine" AOC Vacqueyras, 2013
A Grenache/Syrah dominant blend from the sunbaked Garrigue. Light and refreshing with cranberry, plum, mushroom, rosemary, lavender and dried sage.
--Domaine Trichon Bugey Extra Brut Sparkling NV:
A Champagne method blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Molette & Aligoté from the bucolic foothills of the French Alps. Crisp citrus, green apple, spice & precise bubbles. *(For Parties of 4)
Choose either Party of 2 for $100 or Party of 4 for $150 and plan on plenty for everyone at the table. (Parties of 4 get the additional bottle of Trichon bubbles). *Price excludes state and local taxes.
Order up until Sunday, November 22nd at noon for home delivery in Seattle. Deliveries will go out on Wednesday, November 25th to anyone with a 981 zip code. (Feel free to choose "Pick Up" at checkout if you'd like to come see us at the shop that Wednesday from 11-5.) And don't hesitate to throw a few extra bottles in the cart for a long weekend!
