2020 MARTO Weiss Field Blend

Martin Wörner farms 5 hectares of vineyards in Flonheim in Rheinhessen, known for its characteristic sandstone soils. He has previously worked at Gut Oggau and Matassa, and as a younger winemaker, he has garnered a lot of attention as helping to redefine what German natural wine can be.

Weiss is his skin contact field blend of Riesling, Muller-Thurgau, and a slew of other grapes. It is aromatically vibrant with grapefruit-y acidity and a whiff of cooking spice.
