Chateau de Beru Chablis Montmams 1er Cru 2015

An historic domain in Chablis owned by the Beru family for 400 years, Chateau de Beru has been run by the mother-daughter team of Laurence and Athenais since 2004, who have also transitioned the estate to organic farming. They farm about 8 hectares of Chardonnay.

Montmains 1er Cru comes from 40 year-old vines and spends 16 months in old barrel.
