Costador "Metamorphika" Trepat 2019

Joan Franquet grows primarily indigenous varietals from old vines, using organic and biodynamic practices and utilizing 15 plots in Conca de Barbera and around Tarragona, many at high elevation in the mountains. He works mostly with amphora for fermentation and aging along with some stainless steel and used barrel.
