Domaine Serol "Turbulent" Pet Nat

The Serol family has been farming in Cote Roannaise since the 1700s, and Stephane Serol inherited 12 hectares of vineyards in 1996. Situated on the Eastern foothills of the Massif Central and located on volcanic soils, the family farms organically and biodynamically, mostly growing the local varietal Gamay St Romain. 

Turbullent is their light, bright, fruit-driven take on rosé bubbles, made from 100% Gamay using the ancestral method. Refreshing acidity, fresh strawberry fruit, with a hint of earthy cooking spice.
