Guy de Forez Brut Tradition NV

Guy de Forez’s estate is located in Les Riceys where he has 12 hectares under vine, predominantly Pinot Noir. Tradition is their ‘calling card’ blanc de noirs style from 100% Pinot Noir. Crisp with minerality, light on the palate with just a whiff of brioche, and fruit-driven overall with subtle notes of green apple and lemon peel.
