Guy de Forez Rosé de Riceys 2017

Guy de Forez’s estate is located in Les Riceys in Champagne where he has 12 hectares under vine, predominantly Pinot Noir. This is an elegant Rosé des Riceys, a traditional still rosé of the region, made from 100% Pinot Noir. From a cooler climate than Burgundy, it is plush with tart red berry, herbs, and a whiff of strawberry leaf and straw. A rare treat!
