J Brix Riesling Pet Nat 2021

With a background in horticulture Jody Brix Towe and Emily Towe make precise wines of place. They are based out of San Diego and work with vineyards in the area but also source grapes throughout California. The Riesling comes from Kick On Ranch in Santa Barbara Country and gets picked three times, the first round going into this deliciously dry and refreshing Pet Nat, nicknamed Cobolorum, or ‘goblin.’ Unfined / Unfiltered. No added sulfites.
