With a background in horticulture Jody Brix Towe and Emily Towe make precise wines of place. They are based out of San Diego and work with vineyards in the area but also source grapes throughout California. The Riesling comes from Kick On Ranch in Santa Barbara Country and gets picked three times, the third round goes into this gingery and unctuous, yet dry late harvest Riesling that gets 7 days on the grape skins. Unfined / Unfiltered. No added sulfites.
