JORDI LLORENS Blankaforti Red Blend 2021

Coming from a background in geology, Jordi Llorens is attentive to details in the vineyard and in the cellar. From 2008 to 2017, he vinified out of his garage before building a cellar in 2017, now working out of Blancafort in Conca de Barbera, Catalonia, where he continues to practice a persistent and straight-forward zero-zero natural wine approach, wherein hygiene in the cellar is key to producing wines of elegance and clarity. 

Blankaforti is Jordi’s homage to terroir and made from a field blend of grapes, both red and white, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, and Macabeo. Fuller-bodied but with a distinct fresh and wild character.
