After studying under Jean-Claude Lapalu, Cyrille Vuillod made his first vintage in 2012 and is now based in Brouilly where he makes a range of zero-zero Gamays throughout Beaujolais. He makes a more wild and adventurous style than average. Unfined and unfiltered.
Dolia is aged in clay amphora. Notes of cranberry jam layered with earthy umami.
