After studying under Jean-Claude Lapalu, Cyrille Vuillod made his first vintage in 2012 and is now based in Brouilly where he makes a range of zero-zero Gamays throughout Beaujolais. He makes a more wild and adventurous style than the average Beaujolais, and they are prone to a healthy amount of funkiness. But that’s why we love them! Unfined and unfiltered.

Tisane de Bois Tordu is aged for 6 months in old barriques. Notes of black currant with earthy undertones and mild pepper.
