Old World Winery is a family-owned winery boasting 100-year old vineyards, all grown organically and regeneratively in Sonoma, now stewarded by Darek Trowbridge, who is devoted to natural winemaking.

Rise is made from 100% Riesling that gets 48 hours on the skins. A light, dry, acid-driven Orange wine that pairs well with oysters and seafood of all sorts.
