Pascal Henriot Pinot Noir 2021

Located in Champlitte, Pascal Henriot is one of few independent organic winemakers in the Franche-Comte, with vineyards in the nearby isolated hillsides, ideal for organic viticulture. Everything is done by hand with only one other regular employee. He makes approachable and fresh, cold-climate wines of a distinct tradition. His Pinot Noir is eminently aromatic with expressive herbs and minerality and bright acidity on the finish.
