SRC Bianco IGT 2020

Made from Grecanico and Carricante grapes from 50-70 year old vines at 2200 feet altitude. Cloudy and bursting with dried herbs, tropical fruit, and citrus pith with a distinct volcanic minerality. 

SRC stands for Sandra, Cinzia, and Rori, the owners and winemakers. They make distinct wines of place on the volcanic soils of Mount Etna. No added sulfites.
