Malvasia di Candida and Puntinata from Lazio, grown on volcanic soil near Lake Albana. Maceration on the skins followed by 9 months in Georgian qvevri, which are large amphora. Certified biodynamic. Unfined / Unfiltered. Tropical fruit, which is characteristic of the varietal, is off-set by a unique textural and savory character.
