Robust and textural, ‘gemischter satz’ style skin-contact, aka light orange, wine from Alto-Adige, from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Manzoni Bianco, macerated on the skins for two weeks, followed by 20 months in old barrel.
